Racing and Touring Training
Training takes place at the ROC on the River Roding in Barking.
These sessions are only for competent paddlers who have experience.
Tuesdays: 5.30pm-7.00pm
Thursdays: 5.30pm-7.00pm.
Saturdays: 8.30am-10.00am.
Sundays: 8.30am-10.00am.

Common Questions
What should I wear?
For all sessions please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting wet and dirty. We recommend wearing lighter clothing, no jeans or hooded tops. We ask that you wear secure footwear to avoid losing footwear in the event of a capsize. Please remember to bring a towel and fresh clothes to change into.
What equipment do I need?
We provide all equipment including buoancy aids and waterproof jackets for when the weather isn’t so sunny.
How old do I do need to be?
You have to be 8 years of age or older
